• Never disclose sensitive information about our relationship with you.

We do not compete with our clients. Period.

We sell a lot of parts here, but we're very careful about quality control. It's an expensive process and it's not possible for many smaller suppliers to do this. We understand that, but the fact that quality is our main concern means that we cannot sell parts that we do not verify. We do sell parts owned by other suppliers under a consignment arrangement.

1. Verification	We receive your parts and make arrangements to test and package them.
2. Parts are sold	Your parts are listed in our database and stored until time of sale.
3. Distribution	You receive 80% of the profit on the sale (Amount billed - costs incurred).
4. Recycling	If the part is in demand and can be rebuilt to our standards, we invest our time and money to rebuild it. It's then placed on sale again.
5. Residuals	You receive 20% of the profit on the subsequent sale (Amount billed - costs incurred). This repeats as many times as we rebuild the exchange item.
