When comparing prices for parts, be sure to consider like items. Another vendor may have a lower price, but are they warrantying the part? Is it fully tested with a documented history? All vendors and parts are not the same. You might be saving a few $ at first, but if your scanner's not up tomorrow because the part's DOA, you have to start all over again. You can always ask us to match a documented price. If it's reasonable, we probably will.

Our inventory includes new and refurbished coils and parts for the Avanto, Symphony, Harmony, Sonata, Vision, Impact and Open/Viva systems. All parts are tested on Siemens scanners before they are made available for sale(1). After testing, we carefully package each item and maintain a history on it for the entire time it remains in our inventory. This means our DOA rate is extremely low(2).
In most cases, we're able to prepare an order in 15 minutes or less from the time you call(3). Parts can be ordered until 6:00 PM Eastern for next morning delivery by Federal Express.
(1) We also retest every customer restocked item before making it available again. (2) Our current average is < 1% of filled orders. (3) Some of the bulkier items like coldhead compressors or body coils have to ship freight. Fedex express freight has a 12 PM cutoff in our area.
