The critical question to ask when selecting a service or equipment provider is "does this firm really know what they're doing?" One sure sign of trouble is a firm that claims to be able to do it all.

The reason we focus on Siemens MRI - and only Siemens MRI - is we're very good at it. We have five decades of Siemens experience on staff. And we don't get involved in other modalities or manufacturers because we would not be able to deliver a comparable level of service. The number one cause of failed projects is well-intentioned service companies getting in over their heads on equipment they don't understand.

Our Pisgah Forest, NC facility is set up to store and maintain as many as two mobiles and four fixed systems simultaneously.

We have over 22 tons of chilled water capacity and plenty of 480V power along with solid procedures for daily monitoring of magnets while under our care(1).

(1) Daily monitoring is important. We're aware of at least 10 incidents in the last few years where stored magnets were not properly and warmed up - requiring $25-40,000 worth of avoidable rework in each case. We track helium levels, cryogen usage, and coldhead performance daily.
